Painting & Powder Coating Plant is an end-to-end surface finishing infrastructure engineered to coat metal components with protective and decorative liquid or dry powder coatings. The complete coating sequence consists of multi-stage chemical pretreatment (degreasing, phosphating, or passivation), spray application within containment booths, and elevated-temperature thermal curing.

At M V International, we build custom manual, semi-automated, and fully automated continuous conveyorized finishing lines. Our plants integrate efficient chemical washing systems, high-recovery powder spray booths, liquid paint spray enclosures with water-wash/dry-filter arrestors, and convection curing ovens. This combination ensures maximum coating transfer efficiency, uniform film thickness, strong substrate adhesion, and reliable corrosion protection.

Key Components of the Plant

• Multi-Stage Pretreatment System: Available in dip-tank or continuous online spray washer configurations (3-stage to 7-stage) featuring alkaline degreasing, water rinsing, zirc/iron/zinc phosphating, and demineralized water rinsing to ensure grease-free metal bonding.
• Drying-Off Oven: High-velocity forced-air drying chamber that evaporates surface water following pretreatment prior to powder or paint application.
• Powder Coating Booth System: High-efficiency powder application chambers equipped with multi-cyclone or cartridge-filter recovery units, enabling up to 98% powder recovery and quick color-change operations.
• Liquid Paint Spray Booth: Ergonomic spray enclosures available in dry-filter or water-wash curtains with pressurized air supply units to capture paint overspray and maintain VOC safety limits.
• Powder & Paint Curing Oven: Convection-heated camel-back, batch, or straight-pass tunnel ovens (operating at 180°C–220°C) utilizing indirect gas, oil, or electric heating to completely polymerize the coating.
• Material Handling Conveyor System: Overhead I-beam, enclosed track monorail, or floor-mounted chain conveyors designed for smooth component transfer through washing, spraying, and curing zones.
