The Brake Pad Curing Oven is designed to cure brake pads and linings under uniform temperature and controlled airflow conditions.

Uniform Curing for Enhanced Brake Pad Strength

This oven provides consistent heat treatment that ensures proper bonding between friction materials and backing plates. It uses high-velocity, balanced air circulation for even temperature distribution across all trays, eliminating hotspots and variations in hardness. The structure is double-walled and insulated to retain heat efficiently while maintaining safe external surfaces. Digital PID controllers regulate multi-stage temperature profiles, while exhaust systems handle resin vapours and maintain air quality. Ideal for automotive brake manufacturers, it delivers reliable curing cycles that improve pad durability, stability, and performance consistency across large production batches.

Temperature Control PID with or without Profile Setting (Temp Up and Down) can be provided with SSR/ SCR for high accuracy.
The programming of PID can vary from 4 to 50 programmes.
Temperature Recorder Microprocessor chip-based paper less, Multi-Stage Temp. Indicator cum Recorder.
PLC With HMI PLC can be provided for automation and integration of whole system, data feeding, process display, and fault indication can be seen in HMI.
SCADA System High quality integration and controlling system from one point can be done with SCADA.
