The Bearing Heating Oven ensures controlled, uniform heating of bearings for safe expansion prior to assembly.

Precision Heating for Bearing Mounting Applications

Designed to prevent damage from overheating or uneven thermal expansion, this oven provides gentle, evenly distributed heat through forced-air circulation. Digital temperature control allows accurate adjustment up to 300 °C – 400 °C, ensuring bearings reach optimal fit-up temperature without loss of hardness. The insulated chamber maintains thermal stability, while removable shelves and trays simplify handling of different bearing sizes. Safety interlocks and over-temperature protection enhance operator confidence. Compact, reliable, and energy-efficient, this oven is ideal for bearing manufacturers, mechanical workshops, and heavy-equipment service facilities where precision heating supports flawless assembly operations.

Temperature Control PID with or without Profile Setting (Temp Up and Down) can be provided with SSR/ SCR for high accuracy.
The programming of PID can vary from 4 to 50 programmes.
Temperature Recorder Microprocessor chip-based paper less, Multi-Stage Temp. Indicator cum Recorder.
PLC With HMI PLC can be provided for automation and integration of whole system, data feeding, process display, and fault indication can be seen in HMI.
SCADA System High quality integration and controlling system from one point can be done with SCADA.
