The Prosthetics and Orthotics Infrared Oven is designed for heating thermoplastic materials used in the fabrication of prosthetic and orthotic devices.
It uses infrared radiation for quick, uniform heating without direct contact. The oven’s temperature range extends up to 250 °C with digital control for accuracy. A reflective chamber ensures even heat spread, and safety interlocks protect operators during use. Compact and efficient, it allows precise forming of sheets, sockets, and braces with excellent surface finish and repeatability.
