The Tray Dryer offers gentle yet precise drying with stable temperature control.
It retains the traditional stacked-tray layout and enhances it with digital control. Chambers are custom-built in SS 304/316 or MS and fully insulated for efficient operation. Airflow design ensures every tray receives equal temperature and velocity. Power options include 230 V single-phase or 415 V three-phase. Upgrades include multi-step PID profiles, PLC-HMI, data logging, 24/7 timers, and internal lighting for inspection. Exhaust dampers and fresh-air inlets manage moisture or solvent loads effectively.
