The Tray Drying Oven delivers high uniformity across multiple levels, ensuring consistent results for every batch.
It uses high-volume, high-velocity airflow to achieve frequent air changes and even drying. Heavy-duty, removable trays allow quick changeovers. Airflow can be vertical, horizontal, or mixed, ideal for powders, granules, and small parts. It supports temperatures up to 500 °C with incoloy or stainless tubular heaters. Fibre-glass or silicone gaskets maintain sealing efficiency. Optional features include PID profiling, paperless recording, viewing windows, interior lights, and alarms for convenient and safe operation.
